Edgewest Group purchased this former Texaco petrol station in 2010. Planning was then obtained for a mixed use retail and residential scheme, and pre-let to Sainsbury’s supermarkets. Following site decontamination the property was developed by Edgewest Group. This property has been retained in our investment portfolio.
