Edgewest Group purchased this former bakery on a sale & lease back arrangement in 2008. Planning permission was then obtained for a 10,000 sq ft new build restaurant & residential scheme. The restaurant was pre-let to Pizza Express and the site has now been fully developed by Edgewest Group with completion in 2016.
