High Street, Hampton Hill, Middlesex
Edgewest Group entered into a joint venture with Thames Rico plc between 2010-2013 to redevelop petrol station sites. This one in Hampton Hill was redeveloped into a well configured parade of three retail units, greatly enhancing this area.
After Edgewest Group gained the relevant planning permission, they completed extensive decontamination and developed the former petrol station. During this process, units were pre-let to Sainsburys, Costa Coffee and Richmond Borough Council .
At completion of the development the property was sold to Canada Life Pension Fund.
